Orders and payments
1. ORDERS
We are committed to our customers, that we will only deliver goods in perfect condition and in accordance with the specifications and features usual for the type of goods, meeting the standards, rules and regulations applicable in the territory of the European Union. The condition for the fulfillment of our electronic order is the completion of all required data specified in the order form. The order is also a sales contract, which enters into force after the delivery of the goods. Customer's confirmation of the order is crucial to the process.
Using a discount voucher is possible only at the time of the purchase in the checkout before you confirm the order. Retrospectively we will not be able to accept any application of vouchers and promotion codes.
2. CONFIRMATION AND ODER CANCELLATION
The order will be confirmed within 24 hours after you place it (confirmation will be communicated by e-mail). In case of any doubt, we will contact you immediately.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours by e-mail, without giving us any reasons. All we need is the order number.
3. PAYMENT FOR GOODS
You can pay for the goods using following ways:
- Cash on delivery (only Hungary, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovak and Czech republic)
- Bank transfer to our EURO account. (all countries)
- Paypal (all countries)
- Credit card payment (all countries)
All personal information saved at the site will be handled with the utmost care. Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties only when it is necessary to fulfill the purposes described above.
